My mother-in-law went for visa on 1/17/06 to madras. She was given only 6 months visitor visa. She came back to Hyderabad today (i.e., 1/18/07). While getting down from auto-rickshaw, she forgot to pick up her bag from the auto which she placed in the back of the auto (i.e., trunk). The bag contained the whole set of documents that we sent her for visa including her older passport which has expired but still important. The visa file contained all the INS documents of her visa extension papers of her previous visits, our bank statements, pay stubs etc. which are confidential and crucial information. She also did not keep any copies of her INS documents at home. We called her last night at 9.30 p.m. (US Central time) and we came to know about this.

We were very worried and asked her to lodge police complaint as she lost passport also and it has to be reported. I went to bed at 12.30. Before going to bed, I prayed to baba to help my mother-in-law as she is old and running from pillar to post to recover the lost bag (my father-in-law passed away 4 years ago). I have a book of questions and answers from baba similar to many people here. I picked a question and the answer came as this, “I am present in all living beings. Keep chanting my name and your work will be done.” I kept chanting his name as I went to bed. We woke up at 6.40 am and my husband called my mother-in-law at 7.00 a.m and mother-in-law told us that she got the bag back as the auto driver came back to the house and gave it to him.

Now let me tell you how this happened. The auto driver who dropped my mother in the morning is a young guy. The person who returned the bag is an old muslim man who is the father of that young man. He came all the way from Mehdipatnam to Secunderabad after taking lot of effort to locate the house and to give the bag back to my mother-in-law. Baba kept his word and fulfilled his promised within an hour or so after I asked the question to him. He did come in the form of that old muslim auto driver and proved that he is present in every living being. Thank you baba!!
